Job Description

Access Control Technologies is searching for experienced dispatchers in Salisbury, NC, and Las Vegas, NV.

What You Will Do

As a full-time dispatcher, you will be one of the faces of our company. You will answer the phones and either route the caller to the appropriate extension or set up a service call in our systems. When not on inbound calls you will make outbound calls and emails to verify appointments and follow-up on completed appointments. This position is being offered on our new 4 day per week, 10 hours per day work schedule; offering a full-time position with 3 day weekends. We require hard work, dedication, and the desire to learn.
